Stay ready for game days when you live right near Bryant-Denny Stadium at District Lofts.

As a student, you would never want to miss an Alabama football game in Bryant-Denny Stadium. Alabama football brings the whole campus and city together to cheer on the Tide, something we hold so close to our hearts. Watching the game from UA off-campus housing or even a sports bar isn't the same as cheering alongside thousands of other fans in the rowdy stadium off of University Boulevard. Nothing beats singing Dixieland Delight in the student section as an exciting game comes to a close. This is an experience that every UA student should have, which is why it is critical to secure tickets for the game. Here, I will go through all of the different ways you can purchase tickets to an Alabama football game.

Student Packages Alabama Game

A student package is the best way to get the most amount of football tickets for the least amount of money. UA offers full or partial season ticket packages to all students based off of their UA earned credit hours. Freshmen are typically only offered a partial student package in which they can choose between an A or B package based on which games they want to attend.

You can expect a partial package to cost around $80 and a full package to cost around $130. These packages can be purchased online at RollTide.comthrough the student ticket portal but students must make sure to submit a request to be eligible to be chosen. Students will receive an email to their Crimson account before to the start of the ticket sale informing them that they may now begin requesting their student ticket packages.

Student Ticket Exchange

The student ticket exchange, also known as Student Seats, is a great way to secure tickets if you do not receive a full or any student package. Using your Crimson email to sign in, you will have the option to either buy or sell student tickets for the football games you are hoping to attend. Students do not have to worry about purchasing fake tickets here, as they do on other buy and sell platforms such as Facebook groups. It's no surprise that Student Seats was founded by two UA seniors looking for a more convenient and secure way to buy and sell tickets, which current students greatly appreciate.

Waitlist

If you are still looking for a way to watch the Crimson Tide play in person, add yourself to UA's student ticket waitlist. The waitlist tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis based on when you put your name on the list. Every Sunday before a home game, the queue opens at 1 p.m. for all those who are eager for tickets. Students should be checking their email until halftime of the game to see whether they received a waitlist ticket. While waiting for an email, students often enjoy watching the game in the comfort of their own Tuscaloosa apartment. Waitlist tickets are offered for every home game so make sure to take advantage of the option when looking for a seat to the game!
