Apartments Near The Student Center

In 2020, the University of Alabama Board of Trustees voted to remove the name "Ferguson" from the Student Center, citing concerns raised by students, faculty, and staff regarding its association with a historical figure who supported segregation and discrimination. The Board made this decision after careful consideration and input from the university community, and the Student Center is now referred to simply as the University of Alabama Student Center.
